Los Angeles-based construction firm Bernards has announced the completion of OLiVE DTLA, a $62-million mixed-use project in Downtown's South Park neighborhood.
The project, located at the northwest corner of Pico Boulevard and Olive Street, consists of a seven-story edifice featuring 293 residential units, 15,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and amenities such as a fitness center, clubhouse and courtyards.
OLiVE DTLA is considered a sister development to G12, an adjacent $64-million project which will offer an additional 347 rental units and 19,000 square feet of commercial space when completed later this year. Both buildings were developed by the Wolff Company and designed by TCA Architects.
Per an official leasing website, the building features a mixture of studio, one- and two-bedroom dwellings with rents that range from $1,949 to $3,917 per month.
The two Wolff Company developments form the heart of a string of recent podium-type developments along Pico Boulevard.
