In Brentwood, completion is nearing for a new luxury apartment complex just west of the sprawling VA Campus.
Respara, located at 11600 Dunstan Way, is composed of two buildings featuring 54 residences in a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedrooms, ranging from 845 to 1,978 square feet in size. The project sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, located just east of Barrington Avenue.
Rents for the property, according to a leasing website, range from $6,600 per month to nearly $22,000 per month.
The project, which was developed by Hugh Evans III and Chris Liebes, offers residents amenities including a fitness center, a resident lounge, a swimming pool and jacuzzi, and a large interior courtyard.
Align Residential has been tapped to lease and operate the Respara.
“Respara is bringing an entirely new caliber of living to the westside of Los Angeles, offering a healthy balance of serenity coupled with the vibrancy of the surrounding coastal cities,” said Evans in a statement. “Residents can expect a one-of-a-kind living experience that feels like the comfort of home, the adventure of a vacation, and the warmth of exceptional hospitality.”
To the east, housing of a different sort if taking shape at the VA Campus, where a team that includes Century Housing, the United States Veterans Initiative, and Thomas Safran & Associates is adding hundreds of units of supportive housing to the massive property.
