The La Peer Hotel, billed as the West Hollywood Design District's first hotel, will open in summer 2017.

Located on La Peer Drive between Melrose Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard, the hotel will feature 105 guestrooms and suites, a swimming pool, a fitness center and a 3,900-square-foot roof deck.  The project also icludes a new restaurant concept by Casey Lane of the Tasting Kitchen and Casa Apicii.

Moule & Polyzoides - with direction from Urban Architecture Lab - has designed the the five-story building with a classic Art Deco exterior.  The modern interior, designed by Gulla Jonsdottir, is intended to reflect the Design District's culture.

The property is being development through a joint venture between Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, KHP Capital Partners and AJ Khair.
