JLL announced this week that law firm Umhofer, Mitchell & King LLP has signed a 4,500-square-foot lease for office space at Row DTLA, Atlas Capital Group's 1.4-million-square-foot office and retail complex at 7th and Alameda Streets in Downtown Los Angeles.
The law firm follows more than 300,000 square feet of new leases at the property since January 2022, joining companies such as HOK, , Joybird, Lendistry, and Virgin Hyperloop.
The California High-Speed Rail has chosen a joint venture of Foster + Partners and Arup to design the Merced, Fresno, Kings/Tulare, and Bakersfield stations along the project's initial 171-mile segment. The new stops are intended to serve as models for additional stations along the future 500-mile route between Southern California and the Bay Area.
