Meta Housing Corporation has announced the completion of the 5400 Hollywood Family Apartments, a $21.6-million development near the Hollywood/Western Metro station.

The five-story building, located at the corner of Hollywood Boulevard and Serrano Avenue, features 40 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments above 3,100 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.  Per a press release from Meta, the project features contemporary features and amenities, similar to those found at market-rate apartments across Los Angeles.

Community spaces include a landscaped roof deck, a club house and a computer room.

Y&M Architects designed the podium-type building, which was constructed to LEED Gold Certification standards.
