More than one year after we last dropped by, construction has gone vertical for West L.A.'s 11800 Santa Monica Boulevard development.
The visually striking five-story building, a collaboration between CIM Group and LOHA, will feature 147 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments in addition to 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
The mixed-use complex features a number of communal amenities, including a fitness center, a swimming pool and a clubhouse.
CIM and LOHA have also teamed up for a similar development proposed for a property directly to the east.
