Construction is now wrapping up for the Laemmle Lofts, a new mixed-use complex in Downtown Glendale.

Located at the northwest corner of Maryland and Wilson Avenues, the project consists of a four-story building featuring 42 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments seated above street-fronting retail space and an underground parking garage.  The building's ground level will be occupied by a Panda Inn restaurant and a Laemmle Theater.

The low-rise building, designed by DBB Architects, features on-site amenities including two community courtyards and bike storage space.  Each apartment come appointed with luxury finishes, stainless steel appliances and in-unit washer-dryer sets.

Serrano Development expects to copmlete the Laemmle project before the end of 2017.
