Six months after closing on a small development site in Downtown Los Angeles, FMB Development appears to be moving forward with a proposed mixed-use development in the South Park neighborhood.
The project, slated for a single parcel at 1317 S. Hope Street, will consist of a seven-story building containing 38 apartments - including six units of very low income housing - atop ground-floor retail space and an underground parking garage.
DE Architects is designing the contemporary mid-rise building.
The development site is located immediately south of a property slated for the second phase of Jade Enterprises' Onyx apartments.
