Onni Group is ramping up construction for its latest South Park tower development, with the addition of a new tower crane at 1212 Flower Street.
The future high-rise complex, located next-door to Metro's Pico station, will consist of buildings of 40 an 31 stories featuring 730 apartments above 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space.
Vancouver-based architect Chris Dikeakos designed the towers, which will rise to maximum heights of 529 feet and 421 feet.
The project is one of numerous high-rise developments now underway in South Park, including Circa, Oceanwide Plaza and 1133 Hope Street.
