48 homes from Lennar rise at 2706 W 182nd Street in Torrance

Directly north of the I-405 Freeway in Torrance, church parking has given way to a new development of for-sale housing from Lennar Corporation.

Marbella, now under construction at 2706 W. 182nd Street, consists of a collection of four-story buildings which will feature a combined total of 48 homes upon completion.

According to a landing page on the Lennar website, plans call a mix of three-bedroom, 1,724-square-foot units and four-bedroom, 2,252-units. Each will include a three-car garage at ground level.

Renderings of Marbella depict the finished product with a Mediterranean-style design.

The project website indicates that the first homes are set to open on September 9.
