Venice-based architecture firm DEX Studio has announced the opening of the Frame Hollywood, a new multifamily residential complex near Paramount Studios.
Located at 733 N. Hudson Avenue, the Frame features 46 studio, two- and three-bedroom apartments, including four that are set aside for very low income households. The five-story structure also features 72 underground parking spaces and open space amenities such as a community room and a rooftop deck.
The building's design, led by DEX Studio principal Glen Bell, uses angular walls and blconies to create a visual break and unique views from each unit.
Residents are greeted at street level by a two-story lobby featuring a floating wood-clad overhang and works from artists David Flores and Robert Standish.
