Los Angeles-based nonprofit developer Abode Communities is planning a second senior affordable housing complex in West Adams, according to a case filing with the Department of City Planning.

The project, slated for a City-owned site at the southeast corner of Adams Boulevard and Mont Clair Street, would consist of a 56-foot-tall building featuring 37 apartments and a manager's units.  Additional details are currently unclear.

Abode is further along in the planning process for Adams Terrace, a similar 48-unit complex across the street.
