Construction is now complete for Icon at Rosecrans, a new multifamily residential complex in Hawthorne.

Located 14135 Cerise Avenue, the five-story podium-type building features 127 apartments in a mixture of two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans.  Each unit comes with a private patio or balcony and appliances.

The project also includes communal features such as a computer ecnter, an exercise room, a playground and a picnic area.
