After a year-and-a-half of construction, Onni Group has advanced to the 16th floor above ground at its new tower at 820 S. Olive Street in Downtown Los Angeles.

The 49-story building, one of numerous Onni projects in the Downtown area, consists of a 49-story building that will feature 516 residential units atop 4,500 square feet of street-fronting commercial space.

Chris Dikeakos Architects is designing the 637-foot tower, which will reign as the tallest residential development in Los Angeles at the time of its completion.
