The website of Studio F has emerged for 953 N. Sycamore Avenue, an eight-story office building now under construction in Hollywood.

Located at the southwest corner of Sycamore and Romaine Street, the project will feature approximately 70,000 square feet of office space when completed in 2018.

LOHA is designing the mid-rise structure, which is portrayed with a boxy exoskeleton.

Similar office buildings are now under construction across the street and one block south.

To the west along La Brea Avenue, CIM Group is now in the midst of construction on a new residential-retail complex.
