On February 24, Vancouver-based developer Intracorp Homes is slated to open the first homes at of The Jessup, a new development across the street at 17802 Irvine Boulevard in Tustin.

The project, which replaced a pair of office buildings,  consists of 40 three-story townhomes in a mix of three- and four-bedroom floor plans.

Located across the street from Columbus Tustin Park, the homes are described as having  "California Contemporary" look with enclosed courtyards and rooftop decks. The site will also feature landscaped pathways, a green space, and a barbeque area.

Bassenian Lagoni Architects designed the project, with Land Concern serving as landscape architect.

Sales prices are expected to start in the low $1 millions.
