CIM Group is now wrapping up construction on the Geffen, a collection of duplexes in Hollywood.

The project site - which fronts Orange Drive, Willoughby Avenue and Sycamore Avenue - features six two-story buildings, each containing two residential units.  All feature three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage.

Shubin Donaldson designed the project, which is its third collaboration with CIM Group along the La Brea Corridor.  The Geffen is described as having a "clean industrial feel" on its exterior, with a facade of glass, tile and corrugated metal painted acid green.
