Yesterday, Strategic Legacy Investment Group began demolition at 1310 Tarmarind Avenue in Hollywood, the future site of a multifamily residential complex dubbed the Dream.

The four-story building, slated for a nearly half-acre corner property, will feature 32 apartments and various amenities.  The new construction would replace three existing buildings that comprise eight dwelling units.

Renderings portray a contemporary low-rise structure.

A completion date is unclear.
