As Empire Property Group nears a grand opening for its latest apartment complex in Beverly Hills, construction is also underway for a similar development in West Hollywood.

Empire at Norton, located 8017 Norton Avenue, will consist of a five-story building featuring 34 residential units in addition to amenities such as a rooftop deck.

Levin-Morris Architects is designing the podium-type building, which will have a modern look accentuated with wood panels.

Completion of Empire at Norton is expected in Summer 2018.
