Prominent Santa Monica-based landlord NMS Properties has embarked on a major revamp of its Westchester apartments, with addition of three new buildings.

The trio of four-story structures, located on and around the intersection of Belford Avenue and Interceptor Street, will add approximately 187 residential units to the property.  The new construction replaces several smaller structures, built in the late 1940s.

City records indicate that GMPA Architects is designing the new buildings.  Renderings from Mas Construction Group portray a series of contemporary low-rise structures.
