Olson Homes is doubling down on new townhomes in the unincorporated community of West Carson.

At 1154 W. 223rd Street, construction is now underway for a new project from the Seal Beach-based firm which will create 22 single-family dwellings. The new development, called Sage Walk, will offer three- and four-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,610 to 1,867 square feet in size, per a project website.

The first houses from Sage Walk are slated to come online in 2025.

The project, which replaced a single-family home, sits a short distance to the west of Flora Walk, another townhome complex from Olson Homes which brought 40 residential units to the neighborhood back in 2021.

Other recent residential developments in West Carson include KB Homes' Orchid project, which sits at the intersection of Normandie Avenue and 223rd Street.
