A long vacant lot in West Adams is slated for a new hotel, per a filing today with the City of Los Angeles.

The proposed development, located at the northwest corner of Western Avenue and 27th Street, would consist of a three-story, 34,000-square-foot building featuring 77 guest rooms.

The project applicant - Western Adams, LLC - has requested relief from city regulations regarding side yards and perimeter landscaping.
