After nearly two years, construction is wrapping up for a mixed-use development across the street from Koreatown Plaza.
The six-story building, located at the southeast corner of Western and San Marino Avenues, features 79 residential units with ground-floor retail space and a three-level underground parking structure.
Grace Partnership, Inc. designed the podium-type development, which closely resembles renderings of the project from 2015. Small differences include the removal of several balconies along the northern facade of the building, as well as the addition of a rooftop trellis.
