A leasing brochure offers up new renderings for the Aliso, a $215-million mixed-use complex now under construction at 950 E. 3rd Street in the Arts District.

The project, which is among the largest residential developments underway in Downtown Los Angeles, consists of multiple five- and six-story buildings that will feature 472 apartments above 22,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.  The six-acre property will feature several amenity spaces, such as social lounges, green space, roof decks and a courtyard.

Kava Massih Architects is designing the project, which will incorporate public art into building facades of metal and plaster.

Developers Fairfield Residential and Legendary Development are scheduled to open a first phase of the project in Spring 2018.
