Construction is complete for Cloud House, a new multifamily residential development in the Orange County city of Stanton, architecture firm AO announced late last month.

The project from Bonanni Development, located at 12435 Beach Boulevard, is a five-story wrap-style building featuring 321 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with parking.

According to AO, the centerpiece of the project is a 17,500-square-foot rooftop amenity deck which is the largest of its type in Orange County. The space spans the top of the project's concrete parking garage and wood-frame apartment building using a system of stairs and bridges, while also providing space for a pool, a fitness center, and a clubhouse.

The design of Cloud House is described as being influenced by Mid-Century Modern homes, using clean lines and providing large interior spaces such as a double-height lobby and leasing office which is integrated with an indoor green house. Other common features include lounges, a central courtyard, and coworking space.

Cloud House follows the completion of VRV, another multifamily residential complex which also comes from the Bonanni and AO team.
