Hunter Kenihan of Kenihan Development has released renderings for the Treehouse Lofts, a multifamily residential complex now rising at 4505-4513 S. Slauson Avenue in Del Rey.

The project, which replaced two single-family residences, consists of a five-story building featuring 21 market rate apartments and two units of affordable housing.  The majority of the apartments are being constructed as three-story lofts, featuring private rooftop decks with city views.

Renderings of the completed building - which was also designed by Kenihan - portray a contemporary design, wrapped with balconies and accented with wood panels.

Kenihan Development, found in 2011, is described as a boutique real estate development firm based out of Marina del Rey.
