With the finish line rapidly approaching for the two-tower Circa development in Downtown Los Angeles, crews are now wrapping the project's eight-story podium with the massive LED screens promised by renderings. Preview them below in a video produced by StandardVision.
The $500-million development, a joint venture between Jamison Services, Inc. and Hankey Investment Group, consists of twin 35-story towers featuring 648 luxury apartments above 48,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Harley Ellis Devereaux designed the exterior of the towers, while local firm HansonLA handled its interiors.
Circa's screen will eventually be joined by an even larger LED ribbon at the adjacent Oceanwide Plaza development, which will span the full block of Figueroa Street between 11th and 12th Streets.
