Ferrante, built on a 10-acre property at the southeast corner of Temple Street and Beaudry Avenue, consists of multiple seven-story structure designed in Palmer's trademark Italian Renaissance style. The complex includes a total of 1,150 apartments, 21,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, and parking for 2,600 vehicles.
According to a leasing website, rents for Ferrante's studio, one-, and two-bedroom dwellings range from $1,999 to $3,609 per month.
As with other members of Palmer's Renaissance Collection, which line the 110 Freeway between Historic South-Central and Bunker Hill, Ferrante includes large courtyards and pool decks.
Construction of Ferrante has been executed in six overlapping phases, the first of which was completed in 2022.
Over the past two decades, Palmer has built more than 5,000 apartments on sites lining the 110 Freeway. However, the Beverly Hills-based developer has occasionally built in other styles, including projects such as Broadway Palace, a pair of brick-clad apartment buildings in the Fashion District, and a proposed 15-story tower with a modern exterior in Historic South-Central.
