Foster City-based developer Steelwave is forging ahead with the construction of a mixed-use complex at 74th Street and La Tijera Boulevard in Westchester.

The four-story structure, designed by architect Togawa Smith Martin, will feature 140 studio, one-, two- and bedroom apartments, as well as 2,600 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and parking for 240 vehicles.

Renderings portray a contemporary low-rise building, featuring amenities such as a swimming pool and a courtyard.
