A parking lot at the intersection of Walnut Street and Hudson Avenue in Pasadena is slated to give way for a mixed-use development.
The project, which is linked to a limited liability company known as DC Hudson Holdings, calls for the construction of a five-story building that would contain 42 apartments above 5,835 square feet of ground-floor retail space and parking for 78 vehicles. Plans call for three units of affordable housing within the development.
Tyler Gonzalez Architects is designing the mid-rise structure.
A similar development by Greystar Real Estate Partners is already under construction across the street.
