Theo, a multifamily residential complex by Summerhill Apartment Communities, continues to move forward in Pasadena.
The low-rise development, located at 289 N. El Molino Avenue, is named for Theodore Parker Lukens House - an adjoining Victorian home which is among the oldest buildings in Pasadena. Plans call for a six-story 105-unit building, which would also feature a 154-car garage and open space amenities at the podium and roof levels.
KTGY Architecture + Planning designed the contemporary mid-rise edifice.
Theo will offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, some of which would offer townhome-style entrances at the street level. Completion is expected in August 2019.
