Townhome-style condominiums are coming to a corner lot near the Pacoima Wash in North Hills, per a recent application to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.
The project site, located at 15109 W. Rayen Street, is slated for the construction of a three-story development featuring a total of nine residential units with ground floor parking.
BOLADarck is designing the development, which is depicted in plans as consisting in two rows of buildings arranged around a common driveway.
City records list the owners of the property as Anthony Asadorian and Sevak Zohrabyan.
The project site is located a few blocks to the east of Sepulveda Boulevard, where commercial properties have made way to several large affordable housing developments in recent years.
