A new townhome complex is coming to a property located south of Del Amo Boulevard in the City of Lakewood.
The Madera project from Brandywine Homes, approved in November by the Lakewood Planning and Environment Commission, calls for the construction of a series of three-story structures at 20707 Pioneer Boulevard containing45 for-sale townhomes in a mix of three- and four-bedroom plans.
According to a presentation given to the Commission, the homes will each include two-car garages and private yards. Plans also call for a common courtyard area.
Five of the homes will be made available to lower-income buyers.
Brandywine is developing a similar project in Glendora, among other developments across the Los Angeles region.
