KB Home is now pushing dirt on the final townhomes at Newfield, the Los Angeles-based developers. 4.75-acre project in Gardena.
Located near the southeast corner of Rosecrans and Normandie Avenues, the development features an array of three-story homes ranging between 1,784 and 1,914 square feet in size. Each features three- and four-bedroom floor plans with a two-car garage.
KB Home is also building a communal "tot lot" within the gated community.
Sales prices start at approximately $636,000.
KB Home recently broke ground on another development of townhomes a few miles away at 120th Street and Normandie in unincorporated West Athens community.
