The Sunnyside development, located at 1408 W. 62nd Street and 6201 S. Normandie Avenue, consists of a four-story building that will feature 27 apartments - including 26 units of supportive housing - with on-site social services.

City records indicate that Lehrer Architects is designing Sunnyside, while Studio-MLA is serving as landscape architect.

"The four-story building features secure gated entry, abundant natural light for energy savings, and native landscaping to create shaded, private outdoor areas," states a narrative posted to the Holos Communities website. "Amenities include a rooftop deck, community room, and long-term bike parking."

Holos and RNLA are also co-developing a similar project at 405 N. Westlake Avenue in Historic Filipinotown.
