G3 Urban has announced plans for a new townhome-style development in El Monte. 

Poinsettia Place, planned at 2647 Durfee Avenue, calls for the construction of 25 residences in two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts between 1,299 and 2,046 square feet in size. Homes will also include up to three-and-a-half bathrooms. 

Renderings depict a series of contemporary three-story homes arranged in rows around common driveways. 

The homes will include LG appliances, smart technology, 10-foot ceilings in primary suites, and walk-in closets, among other features.

Per a news release, sales prices for Poinsettia Place are expected to start in the low $600,000s, with more specific pricing to be made available in Spring 2026.

G3 Urban has recently developed a slew of for-sale housing in the Gardena area, and advertises future developments in Compton and Pomona on its website.
