A single-family home located just north of Washington Boulevard in Mid-City could give way to a small lot subdivision, according to a recent application to the L.A. Department of City Planning.
The property, located at 1882 S. Cochran Avenue, is currently developed with a single-family home dating to the early 20th century. Project applicant Eric Luna of Venml Drafting, LLC is seeking city approvals to subdivide the approximately 13,000-square-foot site to accommodate redevelopment with nine single-family homes.
No plans were included with the filing.
City records list the property owner as Wenhau Mu of Moo Housing.
The project is making use of the streamlining provisions of AB 684, according to findings.
