A 1930s home north of the L.A. River in Studio City is slated to give way to a small lot subdivision, according to a recent application to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.
Property owner and applicant Taylor Green is seeking approvals for the project, which would be located at 11636 W. Valley Spring Lane. Plans call for the construction of four single-family homes, each standing three stories and featuring three bedrooms above a two-car garage.
Rafael Martinez is designing the homes, according to plans included with the application. Each of the houses would feature a rooftop deck.
Brian Noteware is listed as the project's architect of record.
City records indicate that the property last sold in October 2025 for $1.6 million.
