Located at 910 N. Wetherly Drive, the project will eventually consist of a seven-story building featuring 89 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units atop parking for 66 vehicles.

The new apartments are to be reserved for households earning up to 80 percent of the area median income level, including residents with chronic illnesses and transition age youth.

OfficeUntitled is designing the contemporary podium-type development, which will include a lobby, a fitness room, a courtyard, a rooftop deck, and offices for on-site management and service providers.
