The website of developer Square One Homes offers up a first look at a new small lot development in San Pedro.

The project site - bounded by 18th, 19th and Mesa Streets - calls for the construction of 22 single family residences under plans filed in 2016 with the City of Los Angeles.

Renderings portray a series of contemporary three-story buildings with common green space fronting Mesa Street.

Square One is also behind plans for a smaller eight-house development in East Hollywood.
