The more than 50,000-square-foot property, located at 17545 W. Parthenia Street, is a corner lot at the street's intersection with Shoshone Avenue. Two separate applications under SB 1123 call for the construction of eight new single family dwellings, resulting in a total of 16.

Architect Valentine Janev is designing the homes, which would be two stories each and arranged in two rows around a common driveway. Plans show the homes would include three bedrooms and a two garage.

City records list Lior Mandelbaum as the applicant behind the project.
