Townhomes pitched for 1467 W. Ridge Way in Echo Park

New townhomes are coming two lots in Echo Park, according to a recent application to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.

Streetlamp Partners, listed as the owner of the site at 1467 Ridge Way, is seeking approvals for the construction of 10 three-story townhomes on a partially vacant, approximately 15,000-square-foot site. One existing single-family home would be retained.

Requested approvals including streamlining through SB 684.

BuildCasa is designing the new homes, which are all shown in plans with two bedroom floor plans.

City records indicate that the project site last traded hands in mid-2025 for approximately $2 million.
