The wrapping has come off at the Mansfield, Korda Group's Art Deco-inspired mixed-use development on the Miracle Mile.

The project, located on a 1.45-acre site at 5100 Wilshire Boulevard, consists of a seven-story building that will contain 138 rental apartments, 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 299 parking spaces.

Plus Architects designed the mid-rise structure, which will be wrapped with decorative panels of precast concrete.

Completion of the Mansfield is expected later this year.
