A property just off of Eagle Rock Boulevard is set to be redeveloped with small lot homes, per a recent application to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning.

The proposal from David Stevenson of 2217 Laverna, LLC, slated for a site at 2217 W. Laverna Avenue, calls for subdividing the property to build six new homes. Plans also call for retaining one existing house on the lot.

Nakaishi Associates Architects is designing the project, according to plans uploaded with the project's case file.

City records indicate the land last changed hands in 2015.

The project is availing itself of the provisions of SB 684, which streamlines the approval of townhome-style projects with fewer than 10 residential units.
