12 houses underway at 1758 Griffith Park Blvd. in Silver Lake

In Silver Lake, construction has kicked off for a new set of small lot homes.

The project from The Nest on Griffith, LLC, located at 1758 Griffith Park Boulevard, was initiated in 2018 and approved by Los Angeles Planning officials in 2021. Plans call for the construction of 12 four-story homes.

DW-LA is designing the project, according to plans included with a Planning filing.

Pro Force Construction is listed as the contractor for the houses.

Similar small lot projects were developed on nearby sites along Parkman Avenue and Silver Lake Boulevard.
