Los Angeles-based non-profit organization Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services is looking to redevelop its Santa Monica facilities with housing.
The project site, located at 1533 and 1539 Euclid Street, is currently improved with a community mental health and family support center. Those existing buildings would be razed and redeveloped with a pair of two-story buildings, each containing three apartments.
According to plans included with project websites, the buildings will include three-bedroom units and subterranean parking.
AUX Architecture is designing the new buildings, which are depicted in a rendering with contemporary exteriors of grey stucco with geometric features and landscaping incorporated into their facades.
The project site is located just north of the E Line's right-of-way within the median of Colorado Avenue, as well as Memorial Park.
