The Madison, named for its location at 127 N. Madison Avenue, consists of a five-story building containing 49 condominiums above subterranean parking

The property, which is being represented by Gus Ruela of The Agency Pasadena, offers units ranging from 1,036 to 1,856 square feet in size. Asking prices range from $1.5 million to $2.7 million.

Los Angeles-based architecture firm Struere designed the contemporary low-rise development, which has a C-shaped footprint. The property incorporates a central courtyard and a rooftop deck, as well as other amenities such as an amphitheater and a putting green.

The project is billed as the largest single batch of new condominiums to open in Pasadena in recent years. Toledo Homes has been one of the active developers behind such projects, recently building a similar project near the Paseo mall.
