After six months of construction, rebar cages now protrude above ground level at 6606 N. Variel Avenue, the site of Evolution Strategic Partners' new multifamily residential complex in Warner Center.

Designed by Urban Architecture Lab, the seven-story building will feature 271 rental apartments above a partially subterranean parking structure.  Plans call for a variety of open space amenities, including courtyards and roof decks.  A new courtyard fronting Variel Avenue is being designed by landscape architecture firm Superjacent.

Completion of the Variel Apartments is expected in Fall 2019.

The property sits just east of the Orange Line's Warner Center station.
