Just south of Santa Monica Boulevard, EAH Housing has completed a new affordable housing complex in the City of West Hollywood.

Marigold West, developed in partnership with the St. Joseph Center, is located at 1041 N. Martel Avenue and consists of a five-story building featuring 50 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments reserved for residents aged 62 and older. Half of the apartments are intended for persons experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
KFA Architecture is designing the approximately 47,472-square-foot building, which incorporate amenities such as a community center and multipurpose room, a lounge, multiple amenity decks, and parking for 19 vehicles.
The project is the second which EAH Housing has recently built in the City of West Hollywood, following the Lexington Gardens apartments at 1201 N. Detroit Street.
