G3 Urban is preparing for the debut of its latest townhome project in El Monte, with a grand opening scheduled for Saturday, September 12.

Poinsettia Place, built at 2647 Durfee Avenue, consists of 25 townhomes in two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts between 1,299 and 2,046 square feet in size. The new homes also include up to three-and-a-half bathrooms and individual garages.

Interiors of the homes were designed by Lauren Gardner, and include 10-foot ceilings and other customizable options. The homes also include integrated Amazon Echo, Google Nest, and Ring Systems, as well as EV chargers, and fixtures and appliances by Delta and LG.

Sales prices start in the mid-$600,000s.

And if you are interested in braving the heat to check out the grand opening from 11 am to 2 pm at 2647 Durfee Avenue, you'll have an opportunity to chow down at the Kogi BBQ Truck (which has unfortunately abandoned the convenient spot on Overland Avenue that I frequented for years).
